Technical Center
The IBA Technical Center (TC) was established in 1999 to provide technical support for computing and banking equipment. The IBA Technical Center received authorization from IBM, Philips, and Wincor–Nixdorf.

The IBA Technical Center personnel was trained and certified at the educational centers of leading IT service providers. Spare parts for the serviced equipment are supplied from storage facilities of IBA or its business partners in Europe. The IBA Technical Center's quality assurance system complies with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
IBA became the first IT company in Belarus to certify to STB 18001–2009 that corresponds to the international standard OHSAS 18001. The IBA Technical Center certified to OHSAS 18001 its labor safety management system for the production of IBA PCs, servers, and information and payment terminals, as well as for the maintenance and support of hardware and banking systems.
