SIMON™ Project Management Tool Support and Development

Project Overview

The goal of the project is to support and enhance a project communication tool (PMT) of our client. The PMT called SIMON™ is a system that documents, addresses and tracks projects. Using SIMON™, it is possible to create projects and tasks, evaluate requests, assign tasks to team members, and track progress from discovery to completion. SIMON™ is a web–based tool that enables users to collaborate on projects and tasks, whether they are sitting across the room or across the nation. More than 10 companies in the United States use the tool to manage their projects.

Project Results

IBA Group became involved in the project at a very critical stage when the project was behind schedule. In three months, the team accomplished the first goal of putting the first release into production.
