IBA Completes Chancellor–based Project
IBA received a letter of thanks from Novyj Gorod LLC , a Belarusian wholesaler of automotive parts, for successful creation of electronic document management system based on Chancellor, the IBA proprietary software product.
In his letter, Vladimir Zubkevitch, Novyj Gorod LLC Director, says: “Implementation of a high–quality and easy–to–use system accelerated the optimization process of document exchange between our management company and its subsidiaries, and the complete liquidation of paper document workflow as regards orders and instructions, and incoming and outgoing letters”.
In addition, implementation of the Chancellor EDM system helped the company to promote discipline, accelerate the stages of document agreement, registration, and storing. The department heads received a unique possibility to sign documents with electronic digital signature remotely. Mr. Zubkevitch adds: “For a relatively short term, we managed to effectively transform corporate culture and to set new standards of responsibility”.
Novyj Gorod LLC and IBA plan to continue cooperation and to implement the additional module “Archiving” next year.
