IDGC of Urals Thanks IBA for SAP ERP 6.0 Maintenance
In June 2009, IBA and Interregional Distributive Grid Company of Urals (IDGC of Urals) launched a project to automate financial and economic activity at IDGC of Urals using SAP ERP 6.0. Following a tender, IBA and IDGC of Urals signed a contract on the implementation of a typical solution to automate accounting, logistics, sales, and HR management.
Currently, the SAP solution is implemented at the executive office of IDGC of Urals and at the power supply company Sverdlovenergo. Further, it will be rolled out to other IDGC of Urals branches, namely Permenergo and Chelyabenergo. The rollout will include personnel training and go–live support.
In April 2010, IBA received a reference from IDGC of Urals on the maintenance of the SAP ERP system carried out by IBA. In his letter, Andrey Suslov, Head of IT Department of IDGC of Urals, underscores high professionalism of IBA consultants and developers, and evaluates the work implemented by IBA to the highest SLA (Service Level Agreement) level.
