IBA Wins Tender of Belarusian Ministry of Information
On June 18, 2007 the Belarusian Ministry of Information invited IBA to participate in a tender. Along with IBA, well–known Belarusian system integrators including OmegaSoftware, BelCrystalService, NIIEVMService, SoftClub, and Tusson participated in the tender. The participants were bidding for an opportunity to create requirements specifications for development and implementation of Soyuzpechat corporate ERP system.
Soyuzpechat is a state–owned system that distributes periodicals by retail and by subscription. Today, Soyuzpechat consists of seven organizations, has around 2,000 sales outlets and employs more than 3, 500 people.
On July 25, the tender board of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus announced IBA the winner of the tender.
