Belarusian Railway Thanks IBA for Document Workflow Automation
IBA received a reference from Belarusian Railway (BR) for successful implementation of the project Creation and implementation of distributed system of document management at Belarusian Railway. The EDM system is based on Chancellor, IBA proprietary software product.
In his letter, Valeriy Shubadyorov, Vice President of Belarusian Railway, says: “IBA implemented the project in time and with high quality. IBA experts took into consideration all specific features of document workflow at Belarusian Railway”.
Implementation of the automated EDM system at Belarusian Railway allowed for:
- Improving information exchange between remote BR departments and synchronizing the company's workflow
- Reducing time of creation, finalization, and signing of documents
- Reducing company's paperwork
Shubadyorov says: “The automation of execution control raised the efficiency of documents management”.
In addition, Shubadyorov expressed his gratitude to the IBA experts who carried out process analysis of the document workflow, as well as development, implementation and tailoring of Chancellor, and said that he is looking forward for cooperation in future.
