IBA Group participated in the Global Services 100 ranking conducted by neoIT and CMP for the third consecutive year. This year the company became the winner in the category Top 10 to Watch in Emerging European Markets.
The joint CMP and neoIT research aimed to evaluate leading service providers located on four continents. The appraisal was based upon data provided by service providers regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships, and human capital. Winners were selected in 11 categories including service–delivery areas such as business process outsourcing, IT services and customer care.
