A Tool to Change Business Processes
In May 2011, the Belarusian magazine Business Review #4 published an interview with Sergei Levteev, IBA Group President. The section Our Business: Personality features Levteev telling a story of IBA Group. The article narrates about the IBA Group's customer relationship models, company strategy and principles of short-term and long-range planning, pricing policy, specifics of working in different European countries, Belarusian and Czech intellectual potential, and employees' satisfaction level. In addition, the interview highlights Levteev's view of business integrity, moral values, and artificial intelligence.
