After the Crisis
The winter 2010 issue of Outsource Magazine published a feature titled “After the Crisis”. The article opened a series that is expected to examine “the views of members of the provider community on key topics and trends within the outsourcing space".
Sergei Levteev, IBA Group President, was quoted speaking about the consequences of the financial crisis for the outsourcing space in Eastern Europe and the use of outsourcing by state–owned or state–supported financial companies.
