IBA GasolineSYSTEM

IBA GasolineSYSTEM is a self–service system intended for gas stations. The system is a software and hardware suite that allows for 24–hour customer servicing using either cash or cashless payments.

Overview

IBA deployed a network of IBA payment terminals for gas stations throughout Belarus. The terminal allows payments for the fuel and additional services using cash and bank plastic cards including EMV cards. Hardware and software meet the requirements of the international payment systems (EMV Level 1 and EMV Level 2) and the national payment system BelCard.

Payment for fuel is carried out only in case when the transaction is authorized by the customer's bank, namely when the card is valid and the amount of funds is sufficient for the transaction. If the transaction is successful, the terminal prints a receipt with the necessary data.

The system meets the requirements of international payment systems and ensures safety of payment operations (compliance with PCI DSS and PED safety standards). The system has a user–friendly and flexibly customizable interface that supports multiple languages and facilitates the transaction process for customers.

Terminal Monitoring System allows for remote control of:

  • Customer service, customer waiting time, maintenance service
  • State of hardware installed at the terminal including card reader, printer, EPP keyboard, cash acceptor, and uninterruptable power supply
  • Information provided to customers, e.g. the nearest gas station, coffee, and hotels
  • Amount of cash received by the terminal
  • Amount of fuel sold to customers within a certain period of time.

The system of terminal management Control SYSTEM allows for remote modifications of terminal software, files upload, and terminal's reboot or shutdown.
