IBA Ticket Terminal
The IBA TicketTERMINAL is designed for self–service ticketing, financial transactions, and quick access to reference information. The IBA Information and Transaction Terminal IBA TicketTERMINAL is intended for the transport industry and allows for 24–hour customer servicing using either cash or cashless payments. IBA TicketTERMINAL can be mounted at railway stations, bus stations, or subway stations.
The terminal is certified by the National Certification System of the Republic of Belarus.
Operation Overview
When purchasing a ticket via IBA TicketTERMINAL, a client indicates his/her route, including departure and destination stations, date and time of departure, and the number of full fare and discounted tickets.
Payment for a ticket is carried out only in case when the transaction is authorized by the customer's bank, namely when the card is valid and the amount of funds is sufficient for the transaction. If the transaction is successful, the terminal prints a receipt with the necessary data or a travel document.
