Lenovo  is an innovative international technology company formed as a result of the acquisition by the Lenovo Group of the IBM Personal Computing Division. With that landmark acquisition in May 2005, the new Lenovo is a leader in the global PC market, with approximately $13 billion in annual revenue, and products serving enterprises and consumers the world over.

 Lenovo and IBM have a strategic alliance designed to provide a best–in–class experience for enterprise customers. The companies have entered into long–term agreements that give customers preferred access to IBM's world–class customer service organization and global financing offerings, and that enable Lenovo to take advantage of IBM's powerful worldwide distribution and sales network.
