Atomtex , a scientific and production enterprise engaged in development, production and sales of equipment for nuclear measurements and radiation monitoring.

Project Overview

The project is designed to develop an enterprise management system that automates the following business processes of our client:

• Enterprise management including management of the data about products, production planning, cost management, and prime cost calculation
• Warehouse, sales, and procurement management
• Financial management including cash assets and mutual settlements management
• Human resources management
• Customer and supplier relationship management
• Business and tax accounting
• Monitoring and analysis of the enterprise performance.
  

The enterprise management system should operate on a single database and provide online data input and processing, and retrieval of up–to–date information with the possibility to create a consolidated accounting report on all the divisions being automated.

Project Execution

The IBA responsibilities include:

• Delivery and installation of the system “1C:Enterprise 8” and basic solution “IBA: Management of Manufacturing Enterprise” customized to the specifics of the client
• Preparation and approval by Atomtex of the ERP system requirements specification, step–by–step development and putting the subsystems of basic configuration into operation testing, including update of the following subsystems: Guidelines, Planning, Production, Bookkeeping, Customer and Supplier Relationship Management
• Development of software tools for data conversion from customer's legacy applications, and implementation of the data conversion
• Putting the subsystem “Guidelines” into commercial operation
• Putting the following subsystems and tasks into operational testing:
• Human resources, inventory, procurement, and cash assets management;
• Tangible and intangible assets management, material accountancy, investments in non–current assets;
• Settlements with persons accountable and contractors

Project Results

To date, twenty five “1C: Enterprise 8” based workplaces have been created. The delivered ERP software is in the test production phase for the departments of marketing, construction, manufacturing, supply, procurement, planning, and accounting.
