Oracle  is the world's largest provider of software for information management. Oracle Corporation specializes in developing and marketing enterprise software products, particularly database management systems. The corporation has become best–known due to association with its flagship Oracle database. The company also builds tools for database development, as well as middle–tier, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) software.

Founded in 1977, Oracle has offices in 145 countries around the world. As of 2008, it employed more than 70,000 people worldwide. As of 2005, it ranked as the world's second largest software company by revenue.

In 2004, IBA and Oracle entered into partnership relations . Authorized as an Oracle Gold Partner, IBA is entitled to implement Oracle products, namely prepare specifications and projects, install software, and provide technical assistance.
