N Operating Company

“Since 2013, IBA KZ has been implementing the project on creation, implementation and maintenance of the system of electronic document management (EDM) for N Operating Company. The project is carried out on the basis of Chancellor, the IBA Group’s proprietary product, and the IBM Notes/Domino platform. The new EDM system enabled us to streamline work processes with organizational and administrative documents and to improve performance discipline. For us, an important advantage of the system is the localization of the interface in Russian and in English and availability of a specialized mobile application intended for working with the EDM system via iOS devices. Currently, more than 70 employees of N Operating Company use the EDM system. IBA KZ demonstrated a high level of professional integrity and responsiveness, as well as a creative approach to problem solving. Gazprom Transgaz Belarus

“IBA Group creates an information management system for Gazprom Transgaz Belarus (GTB). IBA implements the project using SAP ECC 6.0, BI, PI, BO, MDM and SM. In 2012, a prototype of the information management system was created based on the solutions that specify the automation of business processes in line with the procedures of the parent company and in compliance with the requirements of the Belarusian legislation. In 2014, the system was successfully launched according to the project calendar schedule. As specified in the requirements specification, the following business processes of the company were automated:

  • Accounting and tax records
  • Management accounting
  • Financial accounting
  • Logistics (procurement, sales and distribution, warehouse operations)
  • Equipment maintenance and repair
  • Capital construction accounting
    Organizational management and personnel administration.

The support of users was organized based on SAP Solution Manager (Incident Management). Using up–to–date methodologies of SAP product implementation, namely ASAP (Accelerated SAP) and AGILE (Agile Software Development), IBA Group made it possible to launch the comprehensive solution simultaneously in seventeen branches and the administrative office of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus. As a result, Gazprom Transgaz Belarus obtained a solution that is built on SAP HANA (ERP and BI), a modern architecture created by SAP AG. In 2015, the payroll functionality in SAP PY, as well as production and economic planning in SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BI, and BO were launched.”

“IBA Kz implemented the project that involved improvement and modification of an electronic document management (EDM) system based on IBM Lotus Domino/Notes in the central administrative office and ten remote offices of KazMunayGas Onimderi. Gazprom Transgaz Belarus

“IBA Group completed the project on the implementation of a prototype–based information management system for Gazprom Transgaz Belarus (GTB). On a tight schedule, the IBA PM (Plant Maintenance) team automated the main business processes of equipment maintenance and repair based on the standard SAP PM functionality. As a result, GTB is able to:

  • Maintain a database of all GTB equipment while ensuring data consistency and reliability. The hierarchical structures of functional locations and equipment items enabled the users to plan and manage PM events efficiently. The units for repair are structured and classified in line with the requirements of Gazprom.
  • Optimize the timing of work execution using planned orders and taking into account possible adjustments
  • Carry out the analysis of planned and actual costs for in–house and third party work, materials, and services
  • Automate a set of PM regulatory reporting forms.

IBA provided training for more than 2,000 employees of GTB, thus we were able to launch the PM module in commercial operation in the shortest possible time throughout all 17 departments and administrative office of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus. IBA showed profound expertise, competent approach to project management, and strong support at all stages of the project.”

“I would like to thank IBA experts for the high quality of their work and operational excellence in software development and implementation of tax accounting. The company’s tax accounting became more efficient with the SAP ERP-based automated system that allows for calculating value-added tax (VAT), income tax, excise duties, real estate tax, and foreign corporation income tax. The calculation of VAT and income tax is implemented using parallel accounting (additional register) and is based on the tax hierarchy allowing for defining the tax base in accordance with the requirements of tax regulations. The automated accounting of excise duties and the reporting ensure control of real calculation of excise duties with due consideration of rates. The calculation of real estate tax is aligned with the items of fixed assets and is implemented with due regard to administrative and territorial belonging of real estate assets (Russian Classification on Objects of Administrative Division).

While calculating real estate tax, it is possible to apply relevant indices and exemptions that are in effect within a certain period of time. The automated calculation of foreign corporation income tax is based on the tax rate guide applicable to a contractor within a certain period of time. Thus, the accuracy of income tax accounting is ensured. The analytical reporting and tax accounting is implemented in line with the specifics of the enterprise and to meet the requirements of the Belarusian legislation, thus providing a possibility to control and analyze accounting records and to receive unbiased information on a timely basis.”
