N Operating Company
“Since 2013, IBA KZ has been implementing the project on creation, implementation and maintenance of the system of electronic document management (EDM) for N Operating Company. The project is carried out on the basis of Chancellor, the IBA Group’s proprietary product, and the IBM Notes/Domino platform. The new EDM system enabled us to streamline work processes with organizational and administrative documents and to improve performance discipline. For us, an important advantage of the system is the localization of the interface in multiple languages and availability of a specialized mobile application intended for working with the EDM system via iOS devices. Currently, more than 70 employees of N Operating Company use the EDM system. IBA KZ demonstrated a high level of professional integrity and responsiveness, as well as a creative approach to problem solving. IBA KZ showed fair observance of all contractual obligations and provided consulting support during the system implementation, warranty and after sales support.”

“IBA Kz implemented the project that involved improvement and modification of an electronic document management (EDM) system based on IBM Lotus Domino/Notes in the central administrative office and ten remote offices of KazMunayGas Onimderi.
