Sergei Levteev has been IBA CEO since the company's inception in 1993. In 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBA Group. Mr. Levteev spearheads all aspects of the company's business efforts, including overall vision and strategy. During his tenure, a small firm evolved into an international group of 2,500+ employees. Sergei holds a B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (BSUIR). While at the university, he developed a passion for computers and after graduation began working as a computer engineer at the Minsk computer factory, demonstrating unique knowledge of computer hardware.
Prior to IBA, he spent four years with the computer engineering association BelNPOVT, an IT organization of more than 40,000 employees. As Deputy General Director of BelNPOVT, Sergei earned extensive senior executive experience. His career also included serving at Elorg–Data, a Finland–based IT company. Sergei is capable of motivating personnel to achieve goals. His management methods instill loyalty and a “can-do” attitude across the organization. As a result, IBA Group maintains low employee turnover. Sergei supports IT education and contributes to the development of the IT industry. The Belarusian IT association Infopark recognized him for promotion of information technologies in Belarus and the Government of Belarus awarded the breastplate ‘Quality Leader’. He is a member of the Trustee Council of the Association of Postgraduates and Trustees of BSUIR and receives numerous letters of thanks from the Ministry of Education of Belarus. Sergei does not like to rest on his laurels. He is interested in new trends and methods, aiming to move the organization to a higher capability. He has business acumen and a distinctive flair for business development, which may come from his hobby. As an avid hunter, he has a true passion for pursuing objectives. Sergei is a family man. His wife and two daughters are proud of their husband and father, and share his devotion to IBA. Sergei believes that building a company from the ground up is one of the greatest experiences in his life. His strong leadership skills combined with proven experience and energy make him an ideal choice for the challenging role of the IBA head.
Sergei AkoulichSergei Akoulich has been working at IBA since 1999. From 2007 to 2011, he served as Business Development Director at IBA Minsk. In this capacity, Sergei was responsible for company’s cooperation with key vendors, including IBM, SAP, Microsoft, and PTC, as well as oversaw business development in the markets. In 2011, he was elected a member of the IBA Group’s Board of Directors and appointed as First Deputy CEO of IBA Minsk. In 2013, Sergei was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer of IBA IT Park, the largest software development center of IBA Group. As CEO of IBA IT Park, he is in charge of the development of technology competencies, vertical solutions, and proprietary products, and exercises control over the efficiency of production divisions.
Prior to IBA, Sergei served as a project manager at the Minsk Center for Information Technologies and a research officer at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. He holds an M.S. degree in the automation of technological processes from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a B.S. degree in the automation and management of technological systems from the same university. His credentials include a Professional Certificate in Management from the British Open University. The benefits that Sergei brought to the company include expertise in the design of information systems and databases, and in management of software projects. During his tenure at IBA Group, Sergei acquired extensive experience in the development of corporate information systems, implementation of business solutions (ERP, BI and Corporate Performance Management, ECM/workflow, and PDM/PLM), and management of multiple development groups, as well as vertical expertise in power engineering, oil&gas transportation, and machine building. His incredible stamina, self-discipline, and capacity for work enable Sergei to reach goals that are not achievable for others. Armed with an intimate knowledge of how software projects are planned and implemented, complemented with managerial skills, Sergei was a natural fit for the position of CEO of the IBA Group’s largest development center and a member of the IBA Group’s board.
Kirill Degtiarenko joined IBA in 1997 as a programmer in a project for IBM Germany. The same year, he was appointed as Software Manager responsible for day-to-day management of international projects. Since 2005, Kirill has been in charge of sales and marketing activities in the segment of new markets in Western Europe and the United States. Afterwards, his area of responsibility expanded to cover the markets of South Africa. Kirill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and electronics from the Belarusian State University and a Professional Diploma in Management from the British Open University.
In his current capacity, Kirill makes a lot of efforts in safeguarding the best interests of clients and IBA teams. He stands out because of his ability to turn chaos into order and harmony. His passions away from work include microelectronics. It gives him food for thought and hands-on experience. Kirill is also famous for his special humor that is not easy to grasp because he makes jokes with a serious expression on his face. Kirill keeps expanding his knowledge base and improving professional skills. In 2014, he became a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), following an examination process and a rigorous peer review conducted by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
Andrey Dvirnyk began working at IBA as a production support engineer in 2000. In 2001, he was promoted to the position of a team lead. In 2003, Andrey was appointed as Project Manager, in 2008 as Deputy Department Director, and in 2012 as Department Director. He has been holding the position of Director CEE since February, 2014. In this capacity, Andrey is in charge of driving sales in Eastern and Central European countries, including the Russian Federation and Ukraine, and coordinating financial and budget activities of the IBA Group offices in the Czech Republic, Russia, and Ukraine.
His academic background includes a B.S. degree in economics from the European Humanities University, Belarus. As a mobile person, Andrey spends a lot of time visiting IBA customers and offices. Endowed with impressive resilience and excellent problem-solving skills, he consistently delivers results, bringing benefits to IBA and its customers. Andrey practices clay target shooting. On weekends, he travels around Europe taking part in national and international FITASC compak, FITASC sporting, and English sporting competitions.
Sergei FedorovSergei Fedorov has been acting as Finance Director since May, 2006 with the responsibilities to establish accurate expense and revenue forecasts, manage financial reporting, perform financial analysis, monitor and manage all expenses within the allotted budgets, review annual budgets, and recommend changes, if needed. Sergei joined IBA in February, 2002. His academic background includes a B.S. Degree in finance and credit, and international relationships from the Belorussian State Economic University.
Sergei brought to IBA Group extensive experience in international analytic methodologies, international approaches to controlling activities, international standards of accounting, and financial reporting. Before joining IBA, Sergei served as leading economist at the Ministry of Economy of Belarus with responsibilities connected with the preparation of investment projects in the frame of state social policies. Sergei is fond of active sports. He practices windsurfing, wakeboarding, and cycling, as well as plays volleyball in summer, while is winter he prefers skiing. Sergei also likes traveling, especially when he travels with his family. His two charming daughters support their father’s passion for sports by practicing aerobics and modern gymnastics.
