The IBA Group’s expertise in the manufacturing industry is based on multiple projects and solutions implemented for manufacturing enterprises. The projects are related to legacy migration, system integration, business process automation, production performance, web enablement, and mobility.
IBA Group has been working on a series of projects for a global manufacturer of tires since 2005. We provide QA and testing services in SAP Hybris, support and development of a mobile application that collects data on the truck tire treads, and client/server development for a mobile application that processes job tasks created in SAP. In addition, IBA Group migrated a Supplier Relationship Management solution from SAP R/3 to SAP ERP and implemented SAP SRM as an additional feature for the solution. The Supplier Relationship Management solution was built using SAP NetWeaver, a platform that allows for integration and coordination of personnel, information, and processes at all technological and organizational levels.
IBA Group has been involved in the automation of procurement business processes for a recognized producer of premium cars and world’s largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles. The project includes development of new functions in line with the customer’s requests and provision of related IT services. The IBA’s efforts in the project amount to more than 90,000 person/days.
IBA Group participated in a project executed for another car manufacturer, the world's largest automaker of about 327,000 people. The Automotive Business System of the client is used to manage business processes of creating/optimizing/modeling/testing/financing car production. IBA Group acted as a unique supplier for the system with the user community that includes Europe, North America, and Australia.
IBA Group provided functional support of SAP applications meeting SLAs for a global manufacturer of consumer goods. As a result, the KPIs improved significantly, the persistent problems were resolved, and incidents were brought to the 'green‘ status. IBA Group added hundreds of solutions to the customer’s knowledge management database and the company was recognized as the best supporter in the Customer Competence Center.
Another manufacturing project dealt with 24X7 support for a global leader in the provision of HDD products and storage solutions. The project covered an n-Tier B2B application that automates development of distribution programs; an n-Tier B2C application that provides warranty support for customer hardware; a B2B web application that supports warranty returns by OEMs, distributors, and resellers; and intranet applications that serve 18,000 users. The IBA Group’s tasks ranged from processing of customer service requests and improvement of application performance to development of enhancements and update of applications’ code using new technologies.
The Managerial Accounting and Production Performance Analysis System that IBA Group implemented at Belarusian Steel Works enabled the customer to raise production efficiency. Based on the methods of managerial accounting and production performance analysis, the system applies the approaches suggested in the Theory of Constraints and Total Productive Maintenance.
IBA Group provided consulting services for ArcelorMittal Ostrava. IBA advised the integrated steel and mining company on installation of new mainframe systems and configuration of appropriate systems to exploit workload balancing and data sharing in a Parallel Sysplex. The project also included migration of business applications from 4GL to EGL.
IBA Group developed a system that manages product engineering data and product lifecycle for Peleng JSC, a leading Belarusian company in optoelectronic instrument engineering. The system is based on PTC Windchill and Pro/Engineer software products that provide effective automation of product and process data management.
In addition, IBA Group created a number of portal solutions for manufacturing customers, including Korunni, and Seco Group.
