The IBA Group’s client base in the telecommunication sector includes mobile providers and large-scale telecommunication companies. The spectrum of the solutions varies from portals to accounting and workflow systems.
IBA Group developed an automated survey system for Beltelecom, the largest telecommunication operator in Belarus. Designed for telemarketing and sociological surveys, the system meets the requirements of CATI (Computer Assistant Telephone Interview). It is a turnkey solution intended for government institutions, banks, telecommunication providers, transport operators, and all types of organizations interested in the assessment of the customer and employee satisfaction.
Azertelecom is another IBA Group’s telecommunication client in the CIS, namely in Azerbaijan. IBA Group created an inventory management system for a transmission network based on IBM SmartCloud Control Desk.
IBA Group implemented one of the largest portal solutions in the Czech Republic, T-Mobile being the customer. Cooperation with T-Mobile involved a series of projects implemented since 2008.
The IBA Group’s client base in the telecommunication sector also includes O2 Slovakia, a provider of mobile phones, mobile broad band, and SIM-only deals. We made extensive modifications in the O2 Slovakia’s portal. The audit, development, implementation, and deployment of a multi-vendor environment conducted by IBA Group resulted in a significantly higher availability and shorter response time.
In addition, IBA Group modified an accounting system built on IBM FileNet for Russian Telephone Company. We performed a comprehensive audit of their corporate accounting system with a resulting audit report. Afterwards, IBA Group created modules for scanning, identification, processing, and storing of basic accounting documentation.
Another IBA-developed accounting system was implemented at Vympelcom, Russia's major telecommunication company. IBA Group automated a wide range of customer’s business processes based on IBM Notes&Domino, including development and modification of software products and interfaces, web enablement, preparation of user manuals, and maintenance and support.
IBA Group provided support for an electronic document management system that functions at MTS Ukraine, a leading mobile operator in Ukraine. Built on IBM Notes&Domino, the system includes workflow, archiving, client support, normative documents, and tasks modules.
