IBA and AUCA Launch Corporate Information System
IBA Group received a reference from the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), following the successful implementation of a corporate information system at the university.
AUCA invited IBA Group to join the project at the go-live stage of the system, which required migration from the existing system into a new corporate platform.
Within the framework of the project, IBA’s responsibilities included:
- Preparation of instructions for the system’s operation
- User problem analysis
- Adjustments and modifications of the system.
AUCA and IBA conducted a restart of the productive ERP system, including reconciliation of the key data, archiving and cleaning of the system, creation of current logistic documents, and loading of balances.
IBA suggested a model of joint work through a web-based system of registration and tracking of applications. The system proved to be convenient for the customer, allowing for an effective control of the amount of services provided.
Chingiz Shamshiev, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AUCA, emphasized the competence of IBA Group employees involved in the project and said that he is looking forward to the mutually beneficial cooperation between IBA and AUCA in the future.
