Addressing the audience, Sergei Levteev, IBA Group President, said: “IBA Group has always had two strategic priorities: our employees and our customers. The project that we are starting today addresses both of our strategic goals. I believe that working conditions of IBA Group employees in a newly built production and residential cluster will be the same and even better than those that global IT leaders can offer. Also, our customers will have even more confidence in the consistency of the projects that we implement. No doubt that in their new home IBA Group professionals will continue to generate brilliant ideas and implement the most ambitious plans."

At the event, Sergei Levteev, Valery Tsepkalo, and Alexander Chebotarevsky, IT Park Director, signed a memorial letter and placed a time capsule with the letter to the foundation of the building.

The IBA Group’s campus will occupy the area of approximately 3.5 hectares along the new Street of Programmers located at the territory of the High-Tech Park. The IBA campus will include an office building for 1,000 working places, a multilevel parking for 400 cars, a fitness center, and a house of 132 apartments for IBA employees.

Levteev concluded: “The construction of the new office, substantial investments in housing for our employees, and development of social programs are a strong evidence of success, prosperity, and stability of IBA Group in its 20th year”.
