IBA Group Obtains New QMS Certificates
On April 3, 2018, the Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification (BelGISS) held an awarding ceremony at the IBA IT Park’s office in Minsk, Belarus. BelGISS handed over the certificates of conformity of the IBA Group’s quality management system for research, design, development, production, integration, installation, customization, and maintenance of computer software and automated information systems (QMS for software) to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 according to DAkkS, a world–known German accreditation body, and to the local STB ISO 9001-2015 standards according to BelGISS.
Striving to provide its customers with the best possible services and solutions, IBA has designed and implemented its QMS that complies with the latest international standards.
In October 2003, IBA was among the first in the world to achieve the Software Engineering Institute's CMMI® Level 4 Maturity Rating.
In 2001, IBA confirmed that its design, development, production, and maintenance of computer software, as well as maintenance and support of hardware and banking systems complied with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In 2010, IBA recertified its QMS to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and further recertified it to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 this year.
Irina Osmola, Director of BelGISS and Head of Certification Body, presented the certificates to Sergei Akoulich, IBA IT Park CEO and IBA Group’s Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Osmola highlighted the IBA Group’s longstanding commitment to the principles of quality management and to continuous improvement of its business processes, to competitive growth in the Belarusian and worldwide markets, and to further development of management systems.
Akoulich added that the IBA team spirit allowed for more than 20 years of management systems’ implementation and improvement, resulting in boosted efficiency, higher customer satisfaction, and enhanced IBA Group’s reputation.
