IBA Group Reappointed SAP Partner Center of Expertise
On October 29, 2014, SAP SE reappointed two members of IBA Group, namely IBA Minsk and NIIEVMService as SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE). Based on the results of the audit conducted by the SAP SE experts, SAP issued the new Partner Center of Expertise certificate, which is valid until December 31, 2016. The document is signed by Axel Timm, SAP Partner COE Program Manager, and Julia Malickaja, SAP Partner COE Auditor.
Having held the SAP service and support audit and reappointing IBA Group as its Partner Center of Expertise, SAP confirms that IBA Group provides services and support in accordance with SAP's current technical and organizational standards. That means that IBA Group has a required number of specialists, a system landscape and a corresponding range of competencies, as well as communication channels to provide maintenance services.
For IBA Group customers, it means that the company is able to provide SAP software support on the territory of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries in line with SAP technical and organizational standards and on the same level as the vendor itself.
IBA services in SAP software support include:
- Troubleshooting on the 1st and 2nd levels of support
- Transfer of information on contingency events (incidents) that should be handled on the 3rd support level.
IBA Group provides SAP software support of the following types:

IBA provides services based on the SAP PartnerEdge partner agreement.
IBA is authorized as PCoE for the following SAP software:
