IBA Conducts Security Day 2016
On November 23, IBA Group in cooperation with Check Point Software Technologies, Imperva, and Splunk conducted a traditional workshop entitled IBA Security Day 2016. The event took place in Minsk, Belarus, and gathered more than 60 specialists in IT security management from 34 companies.
The workshop was aimed at informing key customers in Belarus about changes in technology and methods of preventing threats in corporate networks. In addition, the event organizers intended to present IBA solutions based on the products of the world leaders in the security, such as Check Point, Imperva, and Splunk.
IBA greeted the participants and addressed the issue of digital security. The company’s representatives highlighted the importance of integrated solutions for modern enterprises and organizations to protect their data from threats, as well as to prevent targeted cyber attacks.
During the workshop, IT experts shared the experience of implementing safety management systems at Belarusian enterprises, with a focus on identity management (IDM) systems. Check Point Software Technologies, Imperva, and Splunk presented their solutions designed to respond to zero-day threats, web applications security, prevention of a new generation of attacks, and Big Data security.
The event concluded with a round table discussion on IT security issues and challenges faced by Belarusian companies.
