The organizations selected by an independent jury were recognized for their contribution to the development of the business services sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards Gala, a CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Forum was held. Its main topics were Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the decisive factors in choosing a partner in CEE.

According to the organizers, the Awards Gala is a key platform for connecting global investors and large-scale companies with CEE regional leaders from the share services & outsourcing sector. They also announced the first annual USA – Europe Shared Services Summit scheduled for June 28 in New York. The summit will target the US mid-market firms that are interested to set up SSC/business services operation in CEE. The organizers partnered with 43 US business editions to promote the summit.

Vladimir Dyubkov, Chancellor of IBA Institute, said that thanks to the project he met very brave and firm people who taught him to overcome problems in his life.

Sergei Levteev, IBA Group Chairman commented: “I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers and judges of the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards for selecting our CSR project a winner. The project contributed to the creation of a barrier-free environment for disabled people. It revealed that IT opens great opportunities for all, irrespective of age, gender, background, and physical health.  We keep addressing such problems and investing in the development of IT education in the countries of our presence.”
