The project is designed to carry out enhancement of the legacy SAP R/3 system at IDGC of Urals and to migrate the system to SAP ERP 6.0.
IBA Group developed a typical solution to automate financial and tax accounting, cost and payroll accounting, logistics and sales, and HR management of the customer. In addition, IBA designed and developed a subsystem to manage equipment maintenance and repairs, and prepared relevant data to be loaded to the system.
IBA carried out full–cycle implementation using the following SAP ERP 6.0 modules:
- Funds Management (SAP FI–FM)
- Special Purpose Ledger (SAP FI–SL)
- Controlling (SAP CO)
- Payroll (SAP PY)
- Sales and Distribution (SAP SD)
- Materials Management (SAP MM)
- Human Resources (SAP HR).
The SAP solution is implemented and launched at the executive office of IDGC of Urals and is rolled out to other IDGC of Urals branches, namely Sverdlovenergo, Permenergo, and Chelyabenergo. The roll–out included personnel training and go–live support.
Currently, IBA Group and SAP Center of Competence of our customer carry out maintenance of the implemented SAP system at the IDGC of Urals and started to implement the SAP ERP subsystem of equipment maintenance and repairs management.
