IBA Minsk (IBA IT Park)
IBA Minsk is a major IBA Group’s software development center that employs the greater part of the company's IT and business professionals. The software development center is located in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. IBA Minsk was formed in 1993 as a joint venture between IBM and two leading Belarusian IT enterprises, namely NIIEVM (Scientific Computer Research Institute) and MPOVT (Computer Production Association). In 1999, IBM withdrew as a part owner, however, remains a strategic business partner. IBA Minsk served as a foundation and starting point for the creation of IBA Group.
The IBA Minsk's traditions go back to the days when first IBM mainframes came to life. Presently, the IBA Minsk team is composed of gray-haired gurus and young developers, which results in a unique synergy of experience and innovation. Migration of legacy systems to advanced computer platforms became a key area of focus for the company. For many of its clients, such migration served as a transformation vehicle to address new opportunities.
Aiming for international recognition, IBA Minsk modified its business processes, infrastructure, and project management and quality assurance systems. IBA was among the first in Belarus to receive an ISO 9001 certificate and among the first in the world to achieve the SEI CMMI Level 4 Maturity Rating. In 1999, 2002, 2005, 2010, and 2015 the Belarusian Government awarded IBA Minsk for achievements in quality assurance. IBA IT Park was founded as a part of IBA Group in August 2006 and became a resident of the Belarusian High-Tech Park in February 2007. IBA IT Park was established to increase IBA Group export capacity in Belarus and to represent the company in the Belarusian Silicon Valley.

IBA Gomel & IBA Gomel Park
IBA Gomel began operations on July 26, 2001, while the official opening was held on December 13, 2001. IBA Gomel is located in the second largest city of Belarus within the free economic zone Gomel-Raton.

Founded in 1999 in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, IBA CZ is an innovative software development center that is experiencing rapid growth. Currently, the IBA CZ IT professionals work in Prague, Brno, and Ostrava, three largest cities of the Czech Republic.
IBA CZ provides software development and maintenance services to customers in Central Europe. IBA Slovakia is a technology company that specializes in providing services in the sphere of custom–made software development. It is the part of the multinational IBA Group alliance.
Established in Bratislava in 2015, IBA Slovakia is built on many years of know–how and experience of a team of IT professionals who concentrate on portal technology, Enterprise Content Management and mobile applications.
In July 2010, IBA Group opened a representative office in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. In June 2011, an IBA Group's development center (DC) was set up in Astana. Today, IBA Kz is the subsidiary and development center that brings IBA Group closer to its customers in Central Asia.
