The IBA Group infrastructure is comprised of the information system, software development centers, IBA Institute, Technical Center, and IBA Data Center.

Much of our energy is spent in automating our business processes. We have an advanced corporate information system that connects more than 2,500 employees in different locations. The information system enables us to increase internal efficiencies and focus less on administrative tasks and more on customer needs.

Software Development Centers

IBA Group is one of the largest IT service providers in Eastern Europe performing onshore, near-shore and offshore projects with over 2,500 IT and business professionals. IBA Institute

Founded on May 6, 2002, IBA Institute (former IBA Training Center) offers training in information technologies, business, and foreign languages to IBA employees, as well as other companies and individuals. IBA Data Center

Launched in 2015, IBA Data Center is designed to provide a trouble–free performance of user information systems with specified levels of availability, reliability, security, and manageability. Technical Center

The IBA Technical Center (TC) was established in 1999 to provide technical support for computing and banking equipment. The IBA Technical Center received authorization from IBM, Lenovo, Diebold–Nixdorf, and Glory.

The IBA Technical Center provides installation, servicing, and warranty and post–warranty support for:

  • IBM System i, System p, System x, IBM System Storage, and TotalStorage
  • Lenovo Blades, Entry SAN, Flex System, HighEnd, Low End, NextScale, Options, PWS, ThinkServer, iDataPlex
  • Specialized banking equipment
  • IBA ITTs (IBA Information and Transaction Terminals).

The IBA Technical Center personnel was trained and certified at the educational centers of leading IT service providers. Spare parts for the serviced equipment are supplied from storage facilities of IBA or its business partners in Europe.
