IBA Group Introduces Payments by Bankcards in Metro
On December 12, contactless payments using Mastercard were enabled in the metro. Earlier, IBA Group launched contactless payments in the Eastern European city metro using Visa cards. IBA Group introduced the NFC technology as a part of the IBA Automated Fare Collection System (AFC).
IBA Group Named to 2017 Software 500
IBA Group was included in the Software Magazine’s Software 500 ranking of the world’s largest software and service providers, now in its 35th year. IBA Group was ranked #304, with a total software and services revenue of US$100.6 million. IBA Group has been selected for Software 500 since 2008 when the company applied for inclusion for the first time.
IBA Group Signs Corporate Sustainability Agreement
On November 28, IBA Group signed an agreement on cooperation of socially responsible organizations in the implementation of CSR projects. The local social foundation that acts as the UN Global Compact Office held an official ceremony of signing the CSR agreement. Sergei Akoulich, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at IBA Group, signed the agreement on behalf of IBA Group.
