IBA Group Awards Winners Of Children's Painting Competition
On December 23, IBA Group participated in the award ceremony of the contest High–Tech Park and World of Future as the event’s partner. The contest was organized by the Minsk State High School — College of Arts with support of High–Tech Park and its resident companies. The competition was aimed at attracting the interest of schoolchildren to information technologies, developing creative imagination, and stimulating the youth to self–development and self–improvement. During November and December of 2011, more than 60 participants presented more than a hundred of works to compete in three categories, namely Finalist, Best Drawing, and Best Idea.
IBA Group supported the project with enthusiasm, as IBA Group’s top executives consider it necessary to support talented children and youth and to create favorable conditions for their creative and intellectual development.
Leonid Bokun, IBA Business Development Director, handed over the prizes to the winners in the category Best Idea. Bokun said:” The creativity and persistence in implementing ideas is the basis of future success of any initiative. The talents that contestants showed today are the halfway to their apparent success in future.”
The organizers plan to issue a calendar entitled “World of High–Tech” based on the drawings of the contest’s winners, and to conduct such competitions annually.
