IBA Group Named as Leader in The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100

February 18, 2015

On February, 16, 2015, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) revealed The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100 list and IBA Group was named among the Global Outsourcing 100 companies.

Informing IBA Group about its inclusion in the Leaders category of The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100, Pamela O’Dell, Director, Corporate & Professional Development at IAOP, wrote: “It is my pleasure to advise you on behalf of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) and this year’s judges’ panel that your company has been selected for The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100 list managed by IAOP and published annually by FORTUNE Custom Projects, in the Leader Judging Size category. Your participation demonstrates a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement that is the hallmark of the outsourcing industry.”

Now in its tenth year, The Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. This list is based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers for their organizations. The 2015 panel is led by IAOP Chairman Michael F. Corbett.

Companies of all sizes, from around the world and from across the entire outsourcing industry — information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, facility services, real estate, design, testing, manufacturing and logistics just to name a few — applied for inclusion on The Global Outsourcing 100 list.

The Global Outsourcing 100 list comprises both larger established global firms, referred to as `Leaders,’ as well as smaller, faster growing firms with less than $50 million per year in revenue and/or fewer than 5,000 employees, referred to as `Rising Stars.’ Companies are first organized by Leader or Rising Star criteria. The final list is composed of the top 75 Leaders and top 25 Rising Stars. Furthermore, and the companies are evaluated based on the following four judging criteria.

1. Size and Growth as measured in revenue, employees, and global presence.

2. Delivery Excellence as demonstrated through the value being created at the company’s top customers, industry recognition, and relevant organizational and individual professional certifications.

3. Programs for Innovation as demonstrated through specific programs and resulting outcomes that produce new forms of value for customers.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as shown through corporate programs and outcomes that address such topics as community involvement and development, labor practices, human rights, fair operating practices, environmental impacts, consumer issues, and organizational governance.

“The ten–year milestone made it the perfect time to expand and build upon the Global Outsourcing 100’s growing recognition and value,” said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman. “We’ve done that with a greater emphasis on making it easier to find companies and the excellence required to make the list. We’re pleased to once again recognize the field’s top outsourcing providers and advisors at the 2015 Outsourcing World Summit and in FORTUNE magazine.”

“Being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 list is no easy task,” said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman. “IAOP is pleased to recognize IBA Group for their excellence and achievement.”

IBA Group is included in the Leader category of The Global Outsourcing 100 for the third consecutive year. In 2014, IBA Group received the highest ever ranking since 2006, when the company applied for The Global Outsourcing 100 for the first time.
