IBA Group Launches TapXphone in Serbia and Bulgaria
IBA Group’s TapXphone payment solution that turns a smartphone into a payment terminal was successfully launched at Raiffeisen Bank in Serbia and Bulgaria. Now bank clients in these countries will be able to use their smartphones to accept contactless payments.
The tapXphone payment solution formed the basis of the mobile application RaiPOS that helps entrepreneurs accept contactless payments anywhere and anytime. To do this, entrepreneurs only need an NFC-enabled smartphone on Android with the mobile application installed on it and internet access.
The application has a number of functions convenient for an entrepreneur or a small-scale business, including the close of business, wrap-up the day, and money return when canceling an operation. All functions are intuitive and easy. Through a special web portal, sellers can track all transactions in real time, as well as manage their terminals. Thus, through tapXphone, entrepreneurs can easily and effectively control, plan, and optimize their finances.
This innovative solution meets the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in terms of simplicity, mobility, and flexibility in sales, and in fast and convenient payments for consumers. With tapXphone, cashless payments become possible at places where cash-only was previously available, like itinerant trade, fairs, concerts, and other recreational facilities.
