IBA Group Trains Leading Companies in Kazakhstan at SAP EAM Academy
Representatives of leading enterprises participated in the SAP EAM Academy training sessions led by IBA Group experts. Over the course of two days, more than 50 specialists from various regions of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan learned how to use the best SAP practices for digitizing their business processes.
Held in Almaty from May 28 to May 29, the event brought together top professionals from various sectors, including railway, mining and chemical, metallurgy, oil and gas, and food production. Participants included experts in maintenance and repair, logistics, budget planning, cost management, and SAP project implementation.
The intensive program featured eight lectures and workshops, covering work permit management, technical inspections, unscheduled repairs, and logistics management.
The two days of the SAP EAM Academy were filled with valuable theory, intensive practice, and beneficial networking. I hope that participants have adopted best practices that will enable them to manage their enterprises’ assets more effectively.
The Academy provides participants with an opportunity to enhance their competencies, interact with peers, and discuss pressing issues. We are also grateful to our partners at SAP for allowing us to showcase our expertise to the representatives of the country’s leading companies.
In May of this year, IBA Group also participated as an innovation partner at SAP Discovery Day 2024 in Almaty, where speakers highlighted the creation of secure future enterprises using SAP EHSM (Environmental, Health & Safety Management) and SAP WCM (Work Clearance Management) solutions.
SAP implementation is a priority for the company in Kazakhstan. Significant projects include the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at KazFerroSteel LLP, SAP S/4HANA at Satpayev Mining and Processing Enterprise LLP, and SAP PaPM for Kazpost JSC.
