  • Personalized the new hire interface for incoming employees, supporting their journey in the company from day one.
  • Welcome message, necessary documents, scheduling kick-off meetings and status meetings with the HR team, manager and team members.
  • Status dashboard and checklist for process tracking SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
  • Utilized a systematic best practice-based approach for the internal, external, and agency candidate recruiting process.
  • Enabled screening and knowledge assessment procedures, as well as the ability for the recruiter and hiring manager to rate candidates during or following the interview.
  • Automated personalized template-based communication with candidates and agencies via the mail and recruiting portal.
  • Background check formalized and embedded into the overall process.
  • Provided easy-to-use status control and various reports on candidates and vacancies.
