On February 20, IAOP® unveiled The 2017 Global Outsourcing 100® list at the Outsourcing World Summit held in San Antonio, Texas. IBA Group was listed among The Global Outsourcing 100 companies in the Leader judging category for the fifth consecutive year.

IBA Group Implements IBM Maximo for Mobile Phone Operator

IBA Group migrated a network management system from IBM Maximo 5 to IBM Maximo 7 for Lifecell, a major Ukrainian mobile provider. The system integrates more than 30 business processes and serves more than 1,000 active users, with 120-160 users working simultaneously.
