IBA Group Showcases Digital Transformation Solutions in Georgia

On November 18, IBA Group conducted IBA Day Georgia 2021 to present the company’s best solutions and customer success stories. The event took place in Tbilisi at the Stamba Hotels Garden Hall and became a networking opportunity for businesses and solution developers.

More than 50 guests from 16 companies attended the event, including CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, CSOs, and HR directors. “DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION. NOW” was the strapline of the event held with the support of IBA Group’s partners, SAP and UGT.

The speakers shared their experiences and discussed ways to optimize management processes.

Igor Bordak, Director of SAP Global Delivery Center of IBA Group, shared several success stories and showcased SAP S/4HANA migration projects that improved operations and accelerated the shift to data-driven intelligence, including the IBA Group’s solution for Georgian Railway that became the Enterprise (on-premises/hybrid) Solution of the Year at the European IT & Software Excellence Awards.

Nikolai Vasiliev, a Lead Business Analyst at IBA Group, explained how banks’ compliance control and security departments apply the Visual Analysis Studio (VAS) tool to detect fraud schemes and prevent corruption.

Evgeniya Kolesova, a Lead Business Analyst at IBA Group, presented Newbie Bot, an AI-powered onboarding tool designed to remove the first days’ stress for new employees and make necessary information readily available to newcomers.

Sviatlana Chistaya talked about automation of financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The solution is of particular interest to companies preparing consolidated financial statements, including banks, audit companies, and foreign trade organizations. It helps users generate a complete package of financial statements ready for publication, including notes.

Other innovative solutions featured at the event included digital twins, computer vision systems, and RPA platforms that replace routine human labor.
