IBA Obtains A-Level in Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager
IBM appointed IBA as Tivoli A–level Accredited Business Partner in Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager. As a result, IBA has the following appointments within the IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation program:

- Tivoli Business Service Manager
- Tivoli Service Request Manager
- Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database
- Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager.
Tivoli Deployment Accreditation identifies those IBM Business Partners with the highest standards in technical certifications for delivering Tivoli solutions by skill level competency. IBM Tivoli Accredited Business Partners have achieved the highest standards in technical certifications for delivering Tivoli software and solutions to earn A, AA, AAA skill level competency.
Each accreditation level requires additional qualification of deployment professionals and solution advisors to have in–depth knowledge across a broad range of Tivoli solutions or for individual products. The AA–level Tivoli Deployment Accreditation stipulates that the IBM Business Partner has at least two Certified Solution Advisors in a solution area and three Certified Deployment Professionals in a specific product.
IBA joined the Tivoli Deployment Accreditation program because it assists vendors in identifying Accredited Business Partners who have the highest standards in technical certifications for delivering Tivoli solutions in relevant areas.
