IBA Group Shortlisted for CEE Shared Services & Outsourcing Award
On January 6, CEE Business Media, a publisher of the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Directory, announced the short list for the 5th CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards. IBA Group is shortlisted in the following two categories.
- IT Services Firm of the Year – CEE
- Top CSR initiative of the Year
For the Top CSR initiative of the Year, IBA Group submitted the project implemented by IBA Institute (IBA Training Center). Entitled Promotion of IT among People with Disabilities, it was the first IT education project for disabled people.
To be nominated for the category IT Services Firm of the Year, IBA Group presented its global and locally-based activities; major achievements of the IT outsourcing center; employee, environmental, or CSR initiatives; and additional insights about the activities and productivity of the IT outsourcing center.
The 2017 CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards include 24 categories. The Jury will cast the final vote on February 1, one night before the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards Gala scheduled for February 2, 2017.
The organizations selected by the independent jury will be recognized for their contribution to the development of the business services sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
According to the organizers, the 2017 CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards is expected to host “another sell-out audience of 300+ guests with more than 50 being international firms interested in setting up or expanding their business services centers in Central Europe”.
The awards gala will be preceded by a half-day summit of discussion panels covering the shared services and outsourcing sector; break-out sessions with deep insights into specific issues driving the sector; and site visits.
