IAOP Recognizes IBA Group in All Categories of The GO100

The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. The 2020 Sub-Lists include:
- Sustained Excellence (making the list for at least 5 consecutive years)
- All Stars (Achieving a score of 5 or better in each of the judging categories)
- Top Customer References
- Top Awards & Certifications
- Top Programs for Innovation
- Top Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility
Entitled Reining in Risk. Amid Pandemic Stress, Top Outsourcing Partners Offer Reliability, the IAOP’s special advertising feature in the Fortune Magazine says: “In the era of COVID-19, outsourced partnerships are being tested as never before. Pandemic conditions are revealing why, in the right hands, outsourcing can be crucial for an effective risk management strategy.” The article quotes Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO, who says that “some people cannot work due to COVID-19 restrictions. But companies still need the things done. So they’re going to ask, ‘How do I automate so that work gets done and I don’t have to worry?’”
The crisis highlighted the importance of automation services that companies like IBA Group have been offering for years. Sergei Levteev, IBA Group Chairman, goes on to say: “We have been involved in the IAOP’s GO100 since its outset and have been listed in the Leaders category for eight years in a row. I am happy that in 2020 IAOP recognized IBA Group in all sub-lists. This helps us estimate, how good we are in terms of innovations, CSR, and customer relations, and where we stand compared to competition. The current crisis tests our resilience. However, we go on working on automation, mainframe, SAP, cloud, and other projects, and provide our support to healthcare institutions in the countries of presence.”
