IBA Group CEO Speaks About Company's Services in Conflict Areas

March 11, 2022

Dear colleagues,

The government of the Russian Federation has included the Czech Republic in the “unfriendly countries” list. Due to this circumstance, IBA Rus can no longer work as part of IBA Group. Starting from April this year, it will fulfill its obligations to customers and operate independently of IBA Group.

Many of our Western customers consider receiving services from the territory of Belarus as quite risky. At the moment, we are jointly looking for ways to ensure the continuity of the service. However, in this situation, we are forced to stop our recruitment efforts in Belarus. Our HR services have been reoriented to recruiting specialists in other countries, primarily in the EU.

Despite all the dramatic events and the increasingly difficult working conditions, IBA Group continues to provide services to its customers without delay, asserting itself as a reliable and responsible partner both to its customers and employees.

Sincerely,

Sergei Levteev
Chairperson and CEO
IBA Group
