Pre-insulated pipeline monitoring system
We create a solution for remote monitoring of pre-insulated pipelines using sensors with an autonomous power source.
Challenge
State of heating lines is monitored by a rapid remote control system. Data is collected manually: workers check thousands of control points once in two weeks.
Problem
It is impossible to predict and prevent an accident. Manual collection and processing of data, lack of a unified analysis system are expensive for enterprises. Existing control systems require 220 V, that’s why it is hard to install them in the right place.
Solution
To replace manual data collection with a remote monitoring system without 230 VAC power supply.
r-Tube uses autonomous power and works for a long time. This will prevent further accidents and heat outages, as well as improve the maintenance organization of a heating system.
